I purchased Upstep inserts a few years back. I tried them and, quite frankly, they didn't work. We had a "discussion" about them then and I finally just walked away. A few months ago, here come the emails. I assume that like most businesses, when business slows down the old mailing lists come out. They wanted me to do business with them again so I reopened my prior bad product experience. All that got me was more run around. I would be happy to return them so they can see they were not (and could not be) used. As far as I am concerned, these people who want you to believe they consider their customers first only consider themselves first. No more for me. As for Customer Communication-A+ /Quick; as for Customer Service - poor. They may be good people, at one time I thought so, but I will let other customers weigh in on that. BTW: The CS hides behind one"Sara." That disarmed me and maybe I was too nice from the get-go.

Upstep was better than expected. I had someone from the orthotics design team actually email me and discuss my feet history and take that into account when designing my orthotics. They even gave me a shoe recommendation that I had asked for. I would highly recommend.

I had trouble loading the photos of my shoes and insoles. My order initially went through but without all the information I needed to provide, I was a bit concerned about that. Daisy followed everything up via email letting me know the photos finally came through. I had requested phone calls rather than email, which she did, but I missed both of her calls. I have a new phone and issues with the ringer getting turned off, and volume not staying on loud. She provided 100% customer service, which is hard to find these days. I thank Daisy for her help and look forward to knowing I have someone to contact that will follow the order through. Thank you!
