Good orthodics at a good price. I self diagnosed myself with metatarsalgia so I ordered the orthodics. I was still having issues with my foot so I went to a podiatrist who gave me a couple cortisone shots which did nothing then got an MRI. Went to an orthopedic that confirmed my metatarsalgia diagnosis. Looked at the orthotics thought it was ok. Added a metatarsal pad in the in the appropriate spot and now I am getting the relief I want. I wish UPSTEP would have included that when I ordered them so I didn't have to spend all the extraneous money to see the Podiatrist, MRI and Orthopedic.

I got my insoles for hiking boots after having a foot injury and arthritic, etc. in my feet. They were super comfy first time out and thought they were a godsend. My after my first hike, my back really hurt. I realized that the insole heel was much higher than usual and I probably should have used them for short periods to allow my body to adjust to the change. So later I used them for shorter, easier hikes to adjust, but after the 3rd or 4th hike I felt a lump under my foot and took my boot off and it was bunched up under my foot as it had ripped in the front section of the insole and then bunched up. I have never had an insole rip before and have tried many. The front/top 1/2 of the insole is just a thin padding, no support which led to it ripping, but I also realized did not give that part of my foot any support as I am navigating rough trails. Anyway, I gave up on them. I think they would like be great for everyday use, but not for significant hiking where there is a lot of movement in all sections of the foot - or at least not for me.

I am so glad I found Upstep! I have suffered from footpain for years and tried all kind of custom orthotics. Finally I found the right solution for me! They function exactly the same as thise purchased at a podiatrist, but cost much less. Great customer service as well! Highly recommended!

I have purchased three sets of orthotics from these guys. I had a horrible case of plantar fasciitis that destroyed my running career for a while I tried everything and nothing worked after about a year I bought my first pair of these Orthotics and within two months I was running again. Now I wear them and every pair of shoes I own all day everyday and I have no more foot trouble

I love my new orthotics. I was a little unsure they would work at first but after 2 months of my orthotics in my shoes, all my foot pain is gone. It’s upsetting to me that I with foot / heel pain all this time without fixing it! Either way I’d highly recommend Upstep and hope whoever reads this will have the same experience I have had.

The shape of the insoles was good but the material makes my feet hot and swelling occurs. The liner came off at the heal too.

Fast service and good product. Does not fit in all of my shoes.

Everything was just great! From the costumer srvice to the pruduct itself. After I ordered my basketball insoles I just had to get a pair for daily use, and I absolutely made the right choise.
