I was suffering from plantar facillitis…
I was suffering from plantar facillitis fro 6 months and the dr kept advising new things and wanting me back for check ups. He eventually mentioned I may need custom orthotics. Before I went back to him to order I found upstep online bought 2 pairs for $300. I am able to walk and jog again!!! I can't say my feet are perfect but before I could barely walk or stand more than a short time without pain. I never went back to the podiatrist. It did take a few weeks from ordering till I actually received the orthotics.

A Great Experience
A Great Experience. I got these for my 23 year old grandson. He has been wearing them ever since receiving them. He says that they are super supportive and comfortable, and he feels like he should take off on a nice run ever since he put them in his shoes. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Their customer service team, especially Samantha, with whom I dealt, was there throughout the process of fitting and shipping and kept me informed at all times.

I had been experiencing extreme foot …
I had been experiencing extreme foot pain that was impacting my ability to walk. After a consultation with UpStep, I was given custom orthotics which really helped. They were made specifically for my foot, so they fit very well and were very comfortable to wear, after getting past the initial adjustment period. My foot and leg pain have disappeared and I can now walk pain free. This is a great and durable product with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Great Price, Service and Product
Just got these yesterday. Really nice! Spent a lot of orthotics from podiatrist and these are better. Upstep made specific to my foot issues and needs. Great job!

Spent a lot on other orthotics, but these really work.
Best orthotics ever. Spent a lot of orthotics from podiatrist and had others custom made. From this company they where made specific to my foot problems and needs.
