UPSTEP Orthotics are great
UPSTEP creates great orthotics and their team, including Mary was tremendous help. Not sure I could have done it without her.

Don't Do It
Don't Do It - Horrible fit for a custom orthotic - Not even close to fitting me My feet hang off the sides of this so called "Custom Fit" - Way too narrow I can feel my feet hanging off the side of the inserts while wearing them Even worse is their suprise refund policy where 30% is taken off refund of cost of $250 Don't be Fooled - I wish I would have read more reviews showing all the complaints with this insert and this company - Amazon "Off the Shelf" fit much better than these..

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and that the fit didn’t feel right for you. Because our orthotics are fully custom-made based on individual foot impressions, it can sometimes take an adjustment or an additional iteration to achieve the ideal fit. We do offer a free remake to refine the fit and address any discomfort. As this is a custom product manufactured specifically for you, a restocking fee applies in line with our policy if a refund is requested. We’re genuinely sorry that this was your experience and that it left you feeling disappointed.

Superior Customer Service
