Ordering was easy but I think a step in the checkout where you are warned to have shoe photos on hand woukd be helpful.

I'd just placed my third order for Upstep orthotics. I've been happy with the ones I'd gotten, I'd say they're as good or better than ones that I've gotten from a podiatrist. They make it quite easy to reorder exactly what I've ordered before. But this time I wanted to make a few changes and ordering online was difficult. Finally Talia and customer service told me to reorder online, then email her with the changes I want to make. Not an intuitive process. I'd urge the company to at least add a "notes" option to reorders.
