Love the support staff but...
Love the support staff (Kirsten, Sarah). Not so wild about the ordering/reordering process. Filling out too many web forms myself. I just want reorder with slight modification. you have my information. Can't sales/customer staff just process my order? BTW, the web page order forms are a bit clunky, hanging up, no responses, does not tell me it is hanging for lack of information, etc. Again, GIVEN your process, the gals are walking me through it as best they can. would rather deal with them than web pages. Feel like I am doing your paperwork for you. That said, love your product.

You made it easy to get what is needed for foot pain. The big deal is the guarantee satisfaction. I would pass on trying these if you didn't offer that,

A long time coming!
I received these and I could feel relief the from the start. I followed the instructions for breaking them in and after throwing good money after bad for years now I kept waiting for the let down. Well it’s been several months now and I am still satisfied.
