Great experience
Great experience, but the one extra for $95 (or whatever the lesser amount was) kept asking me for info I've already provided and I was hung up on having to send pictures. So it seems to have not went through. Why would you be asking all those questions - again?

The website added an additional set of inserts that I did not want, and I could not back out of the order.

Hi Bruce! Thank you for your feedback. I see what happened. You had 3 pairs of orthotics in your cart. You needed to reduce the quantity in your cart before checkout. Since that did not happen, our team sent you an email today asking if you would like us to reimburse you for 1 or 2 pairs. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience. I made a mistake on online quiz and called customer service. I spoke to Sean and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am looking forward to going through the process and getting my orthodics
