I ordered 2 pairs of orthotics from Upstep on Labor Day weekend (9/3/2022) and they didn't arrive until the second week of November. The website promises a faster turnaround time, but that isn't the case, and that's really not great when you're dealing with foot pain. During that 8 week period, I barely received any communication around where my order was in the process, and even though I have an account on the website, I wasn't able to view anything that told me where we were. Randomly, one day in mid-late October, I got an email from customer service saying they were running behind due to a materials shortage, but they would give me a free foot cream to make up for it. A free foot cream is not going to help my foot pain, sorry. I said that to the CSR and she said "Well I'm sorry you feel that way," which is just plain rude. Found out when I got my insoles that they ship from Israel, which is probably why it took an eternity for them to get to me here in the US. Surprised that, even though they're marketing to a US audience, they don't have a warehouse here. In retrospect I should have just paid the additional $500 to go to my podiatrist to get my insoles sooner. Won't be ordering from Upstep again.

Hello- The delay we experienced was due to holiday demand and not where they were shipped from. We only ship via FedEx 2-day air for fast delivery. The holiday demand does not have anything do with shipping. We are a very well-known orthotic company, working diligently to craft orthotics to change more lives, as this is what we do best. We know holiday delays are frustrating, and we deeply apologize for the delay.

Thank you for your review. Our impression kits are never old and always have a fast turnover rate. If we ever had a problem with an impression, the customer would be notified immediately, and a new impression kit would be shipped.
