Great Product!
Great customer service and communication with them during the process made it easy. I was glad that I already had a purchased a pair in the past as they still had my foot mold. Great product - I love them and far cheaper than the expensive medical companies that charge $600 for a pair

Daisy
Daisy. There as confusion about my order as it had my email but was for my granddaughter. Then the automated emails confused everything so much that even though I and my wife love the inserts I was ready to cancel the order. My pleas to speak to a person were ignore. Finally, Daisy did call! She is great! Cleared everything up and even did a follow up call. You should hired more folks like her. And your automated emails are misleading and annoying. People help, not AI.
