Customer service was great at answering my questions, and allowing me to place an order spitting my payment between 2 cards.

Never received my order. My account was charged, but no product.

Customer service rep was very helpful and offered to expedite our order so my son could start wearing them sooner.

Kasie Earley was most helpful in getting my order straightend out. I was all set to complain about the slow service. But I found out it was my fault. Kasie explained what happened in such a nice way ,I left felling good about my order. The design team had tried to contact me ,but due to me using different e mails ,I didn't get the message. They were also just trying to do a good job on my insoles. It is nice to experience a company that cares, Thank you so much.
