Replacement Insoles - Slippery
My insoles came without the top liner and are very slippery. I went on the chat and was taken care of perfectly. I don't need to return my initial pair and have a new pair on the way. I was advised the black pair has been having issues on the top portion ( I wish someone would have reached out to me first) so I went with green. Great customer service besides being reached out to proactively.
