Good customer service
Good customer service. Original order took longer than expected to receive but the orthotics are good quality and work well.

It really feels like they care about the customer
It feels like it’s going to be Taylor made for me. Lots of questions asked to make sure the orthotic will be the best one for my specific issues. It’s not a cookie cutter orthotic. It will be specifically made for me and my wild feet. And that’s exciting. I want my feet back. I don’t want pain anymore, and I think this is the key.

If there was a negative star feature I…
If there was a negative star feature I would have used it. I spent a lot of money on these, they took months to get here and now I have blisters on the bottom of my feet from wearing them. -5/5 star review. I wasn't expecting that much of a difference from the cheap dr.scholls but your product actually hurt me.
