Kasie was helpful
Kasie was helpful. But your payment options are not accurate. Therefore you waste customer and chat time. 2 days later: I receive an update from customer service saying they are working on fixing the problem. How wonderful to know they are listening (reading) and responding. This company is now a 10 in my mind!

I can understand your thoughts and concerns. We do not offer Paypal as a form of payment but the VISA and Paypal logo do have a lot of similarities so we absolutely can see where you are coming from. Here are some changes we plan on making: We are going to look into adding written labels to the payment options to avoid any future unsurity. KASIE helped me get an itemized receipt for my recent upstep insoles purchase for FSA verification in very short order.

This is great! Upsteps are FSA/HSA eligible. We accept many forms of payment, one of them being FSA/HSA. When our customers take advantage of using their FSA/HSA, we can provide a detailed receipt for our customers to use for reimbursement through their FSA/HSA provider. Thank you so much for sharing!
