Do not fall for it - inconsistent and confusing services
Do not fall for their services. The experience overall has been suboptimal due to inconsistent and unclear information from their customer care team. The mold came quickly, but the actual soles are constantly being delayed. I have received two emails indicating delays, and have reached out to understand how long the delays are going to be. The first time, they mentioned there’s actually not a delay — confusing. I am waiting to see what they say the second time.
