reasonable
the orthotics are fine....could be better but I have definitely had worse. Customer service seems unorganized and confused. not the end of the world but I was sent the wrong color of orthotic and it appeared as though I was bothering them when I reached out to let them know. fast forward a few weeks and they are out of the color I requested.....maybe let the customer know ahead of time instead of just sending them in a random color. understood that no-one sees the color except me but it is more of a principle thing....

Hi Cory, thank you so much for your feedback. We value all feedback we receive from our customers. You're right, and with the help of your feedback we have since changed procedure. During your order, we thought it would be better to not have you wait any longer for your orthotics as most of our customers are waiting on relief! We chose to ship your orthotics anyway with a different color because at the time we felt we were doing you a service by not letting you wait any longer. We have since changed policy, and we do contact the customer beforehand to ensure this disappointment does NOT occur again. Please know that if you wish to have a brand new pair sent out with your desired color, we would love to do this for you at no additional cost. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We sincerely appreciate it, and we are happy you are still enjoying your Upsteps!
