Very responsive. I answered all my questions are timely manner. Looking forward to receiving my inserts.

The agent said my order was coming quicker than my last email stated! Instead of waiting almost 60 days to receive my order, it could be only 45 days. I wanted these insoles for a cruise I have and read that it was a quick process and I was still a month and a half away from the trip. I now see that isn't the case. Good Feet would have had it within 1 week for me but at 3x the cost of Upstep. If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have gone to Good Feet. I guess I shall see once I receive my order when I get home from the cruise (not sure I want new insoles before a long flight and on my feet for 10 miles each day on a cruise without having the chance to break them in first).

The first set of inserts didn't work at all and I was thinking this was a total waste of time. However, they asked more questions and redesigned my inserts and although they aren't "perfect" I was and continue to be amazed at how much they have helped!!! I can actually walk longer distances and stand for long periods without having footpain and/or swelling!! I am simply AMAZED that this was done remotely, and I now have a better pair of inserts than the ones I had made in person by a local insert specialist! Thank you so much!!!

When I ordered my first pair it took a while to get them but when I got them I was impressed with how well they felt. After I wore them for about four months I was still experience some pain in the ball of right foot. I sent an email and they made adjustments and received my new ones really quick. I'm impressed how fast they made them and at no cost. The only thing is I would like to talk to someone on the phone instead of email, could get anyone on the phone. Thank you Upstep.

Very responsive and quick to the answer. My problem was that I never received a refund for my return that was over a month ago. Not sure if they forgot but they were quick to help.
