I'd never used this company so I was hesitant. I placed my order easily enough, but maybe too easily, because I accidentally ordered an extra pair and was charged a lot more than I expected. I quickly hopped on the chat, which was easy enough to do. Mary was super helpful and talked to me about the cancellation she'd process and when I should expect my refund for the difference. She also let me add a note to the order that I forgot about when going through the questions. Mary was great! Very helpful and professional and responsive. 10/10. Now, hopefully that refund processing is just as easy and positive an experience!
