Customer service was excellent when trying to.complete my order for custom shoe inserts.All my questions were answered in a timely manner.Live chat was especially nice to have. Hopefully all the information requested will.really help in the preparation of the inserts.Looking forward to the custom inserts and gradual relief of foot pain.

Samantha in customer service was super helpful and responsive in the chat. I am still unsure about the quality of my orthotics (the top layer is peeling), but she is helping me correct it.

For my particular issue, having pain on one heel, I was happy to find quick response and flexibility in tailoring my order.

I am just getting started in the process, but I am already impressed by how thorough they are. They really try hard to help you and get you what you need. Samantha in Customer Service has been a huge help as well relaying information to the designers. I'm looking forward to seeing the end result.
