It was difficult to know if I placed my order correctly and you cannot talk with customer service. You get a message to leave a message and they will call you back. They did however feel free to take my money immediately!

Service was great with Up Step. The timeline & product delivered was just as described & the price for the Up Steps was great. Unfortunately, the condition I was trying to correct (pronate) is extreme & a different methodology was required to correct, not to mention 100% more in costs. I had a chat with Kirsten Rizzo about the situation & requested a refund which she said would be processed in 7 to 10 days. She was very professional and extremely helpful and understood my situation. Based on my experience Up Step stands behind their product and delivers as they say. I only wish that the Up Steps would have worked for me as they were half the costs of what I have had to pay for an alternate product to correct my condition.

Kasie was very helpful and efficient. She quickly found my account and facilitated the next steps to help with the problem my husband is having with his orthotics.

Kirsten, clearly answered my questions and was very nice to deal with.

Mary was very quick to answer any questions.
