I was put off again, and the complaint that was in the thread of emails were ignored. It was appearent by asking again for the basis of my complaint. Too to see so many sales when my first pair only need to have the heal fixed is disturbing.

This will be my second set of Upstep orthotics. My first set I use for my hiking boots and work boots. Unfortunately, those orthotics sit a little high for my low rise shoes and rub my heel in the wrong way (not the companies fault. The ones I do have, though, have helped relieve heel and achilles pain. I like these orthotics so much that I decided to get a second set that are designed for my low top shoes. Since they already have my fit from the previous order, this was a really simple process.

I think it's really sleezy to offer an extra insole for $130 on the checkout page only to offer the same extra insole for $30 less after I already purchased the other one.
