I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I've contacted them seven times over the past 30 days regarding a return, but they’ve consistently failed to provide a return label. Their support has been appalling; I've received vague, unhelpful emails like "thank you for contacting us" even after clearly stating my issue. I was told to wear the insoles for a while before deciding, which they repeated three times. A phone call from a representative who tried to talk me out of returning the product finally resulted in them agreeing to accept the return, but still no label has arrived. The product itself was a disappointment. The so-called "custom" insole was poorly designed, with the arch placed awkwardly in the middle of the foot and positioned too far forward. The quality was shockingly low, and calling it "cheap" would be generous. I cannot trust this company and would advise others to be wary.
