I’ve ordered boots twice with Up2step and I’m very satisfied with the company. I will definitely order again.

My boots got torn at the heel after ONE time of usage! I paid for express shipping and got it a MONTH later! Not worth 100 bucks!

The shoes were just like the picture described. I should have went a size up but that was on my end. But I will order up next time. They dis the job. I ordered them for my bridal shower. I will definitely order again! It was hard finding reviews about them but glad I took a chance and ordered. Got lots of compliments on my shoes.

I stumbled across this website and fell in love with their products. I decided to order but at the time, I didn’t realize that they were located in China until checkout. If I had known earlier, I probably would have not ordered. It took some time to come. What I saw on the website vs what I got were two different things. However, my boots were nice. Don’t know if I will order again, but I love my purchase.

Lol. I would give this "retailer" zero stars if possible. Ordered from their site on 12/25. Never received confirmation email, shipping status, etc. Contacted company and their excuse was that they no longer had the materials to make the item. However, they never attempted to contact me letting me know? Asked for a refund two weeks ago and they won't directly tell me when I will be receiving one. I'm pretty sure it's a scam site. Don't waste your time and avoid.

I received my boots and they are beautiful!! The level of customer service received was the exceptional and that’s what will make me a repeat customer. Fast shipping as well.

I have recently purchased multiple pairs of boots from Up2step, and I keep going back and ordering another pair, and another. Their boots are beautifully styled, and they are well made, and they fit very well. I have not been disappointed yet. And I keep going back.
