I signed up for unlock surveys and the surveys are fun and easy, I enjoyed doing them and got several bonuses. I allowed my balance to increase to near $50 to cash out and when I tried my account was suspended. I was always honest, took my time and gave detailed answers. This company is extremely deceptive and just wants to keep the cash promised to you to increase their profits. I’m shocked that they take advantage of people like that. I did see in the reviews that this happened to others people, however I thought maybe they did something deceptive or broke the rules. Nope. It’s a scam- and to prey on people that need the money is unforgivable- I have used survey junkie, Ipsos, swag bucks and eureka with no issues and highly recommend them. In addition to not being able to cash out I participated in an activity that allows my visa spending habits to be tracked for an additional cash amount. I didn’t receive that gift card as promised, when I emailed and asked about receiving this gift card and removing my card from being monitored I received NO RESPONSE! So, you didn’t pay me for surveys o spent hours doing and you’re monitoring my spending habits without permission??? I hope you will be honest and fix this!

I did a focus group online related to a survey I took on this site the online group paid $75 which I was supposed to receive in panel points according to the company that I did the focus group for. They said I should have the points by the end of the week. I haven't gotten them yet. I sent unlocked surveys and email three times and they haven't responded to one of them. I want my money and I think they would have responded by now. I'm adding this to my review as neither the person who responded nor their customer support team read what I wrote because this is not regarding the initial survey. This is in response to the follow-up focus group from the initial survey where I was to receive $75 for doing the focus group the $75 was supposed to be paid through panel points to unlock survey which I can then withdraw. So I was paid for the initial survey but as I stated I was not paid for the focus group and the client from unlock survey who issued the survey and also the focus group advised that we would be paid through panel points through unlocked surveys.

I'm so upset. I spent 45 mins watching an episode and then 15 mins answering questions on it. Got to the end and it said I didn't qualify! So I lost 750 points and an hour of my time! Also they stole 500 of points for some reason. You email them about it and they may or may not give you a ticket number and they never respond after that. This is such a scam site. It's awful.

Unlocked Survey is a scam. I took the surveys and I earned my points and I selected a 25.00 dollar virtual visa card three weeks ago and I have not received it yet. This company is a lier, scammer and a thief. Ida Dunham

I am writing this because Unlock Surveys has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them,I redeemed rewards on 7/25/2025 and have received nothing,they gave not answered any of my emails,I have never had any problem receiving rewards until now

Scam!!! Don't waste your time. I tried to redeem my gift card and waited 15 days for my account verification. After emailing them 2 times asking how long it is going to take, they suspended my account. Stole my money and hours of work!!

On the 14th, I requested my $25, and as of today, I haven't received a response. I sent an email, but they haven't responded or made my payment. After things were going so well with you, this is what happened now! Ticket number 1000316159

Writing this review because it sounds like emails still aren’t being responded to and I want to make sure mine gets seen. My support number is 1000316037. I have a Paypal transfer from Saturday that hasn’t come through and I want to make sure the one from yesterday is coming too. It’s really not acceptable that we need to leave reviews on here to get any customer service response. edit: Thank you for the response
