Ordered an in-stock product and paid extra for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time. The estimate said it would ship in 1-2 days. Well, now it is nearly a week later and the USPS tracking number still says it is "Awaiting item". More concerningly, the email address for the company seems to no longer work so I have no way to reach the company to check on my order, which makes me worry that it's all a scam. UPDATE: The email address started working again and I was able to reach someone at this company. They weren't sure why it wasn't sent out, but were able to send it and refunded what I paid for shipping. It still arrived too late for the birthday, but my kid likes her pickle bracelet!

Avoid!! I ordered on 12th September, still no item (25th Oct) 6 weeks is just unreasonable. The item I ordered is conveniently now 'out of stock'. I have had to open a case with PayPal, fingers crossed they can get my money back.

I ordered the Frutiger Aero shirt, Mario Kart shorts and Pine Tree necklace on September 10, 2024 and I chose 1-3 day shipping in hopes of giving one of the items to a friend for her birthday. It is now September 23, 2024 and after multiple messages on multiple social media platforms, I’ve gone ignored and now out $95 and my friend’s birthday has come and gone now. Even getting a refund is like pulling teeth. As cool as the items look, don’t count on them arriving.

I ordered the sticky hand rings. They came in tacked, but the sound in the box did not work and the extra little toy they sent with it was not in packaging

I ordered a product in November of 2023 and was told to expect it by Christmas. While customer support was quick with fixing an error in the order I had made, I then received no contact via email and Instagram DM, despite messaging them numerous times. After weeks of no contact, I was told that it would be ready at the start of the new year. I received no further updates and never received the items I ordered. Will genuinely never buy from here again.

Unfortunately I have to leave this review because the item I purchased MONTHS ago wasn’t even handed out to the shipping company. (The item I purchased was NOT a preorder, it was available immediately) When I reached out to the owner with my concerns, they promised me to ship the package the following day, but 4 week had passed since then with no shipping and no communication at all… Thankfully PayPal has granted me a refund 😅 do not trust this shop

UPDATE: I'm bumping this up to 2 stars since I did receive my purchase, but the sheer lack of communication from the seller over six month period is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't have had an issue if they emailed me back saying they were swamped and orders were going to take longer to process. ------------------------------------------------------------ I ordered 3 bracelets in December of 2023. I received one but the other two haven't even shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and they refuse to respond. I'm probably going to do a charge back at this point. I love supporting small creators and artist but this whole experience was really off putting.

I've never bought them myself I just want to tell you that they are overpriced for a stainless steel bracelet. It's nearly 30 to 40 dollars.
