UnjustjewelryReviews of unjustjewelry.com

I ordered the unjust vista bracelet in 2023 and it came in 2024. The shipping was great and the bracelet looked awesome. But after a few weeks, one of the charms fell out. I saw that others also had that problem. I wrote them an email but unfortunately they never answered.

I ordered 2 Wunderbaum necklaces on 08.09.24, but there is a 5-weeks waiting period. I only received a message on 15.10.24 that there was a delay due to something in China. On 26.10.24, I was notified that the package was ready and now we have it on 24.11.24. The package is just floating around Germany and Unjust Jewelry doesn't really answer my emails where I ask about the package because it won't get any further from Germany. This is probably the last time I've shopped there and the necklace probably won't have any scent when and if it arrives in Denmark. However, I have written 2 emails to them to ask about the package whether it will even arrive and I have attached pictures of all the scans it has received in Germany and DHL ECOMMRENCE will not take responsibility for getting it here.

I ordered the sticky hand rings. They came in tacked, but the sound in the box did not work and the extra little toy they sent with it was not in packaging

UPDATE: I'm bumping this up to 2 stars since I did receive my purchase, but the sheer lack of communication from the seller over six month period is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't have had an issue if they emailed me back saying they were swamped and orders were going to take longer to process. ------------------------------------------------------------ I ordered 3 bracelets in December of 2023. I received one but the other two haven't even shipped. I've emailed them multiple times and they refuse to respond. I'm probably going to do a charge back at this point. I love supporting small creators and artist but this whole experience was really off putting.
