I bought the Fruit punch fun fragrance and I could not be more disappointed in the shipping time and state of product received. I ordered this almost the second it restocked on Sep 24 and I was assuming it would get to me by the 30th of Sep at the absolute latest (due to their 2-6 days standard shipping process) and not only was it 6 days late the product came spilled everywhere. I get its a fragrance and sometimes stuff like that happens but almost half of what was supposed to be inside of the "bottle" (more like a weird and hard to hold plastic tinfoilish pouch) which was leaking and covered in its own fragrance oils. the worst part is I really enjoy this scent, it is almost exactly as I assumed when advertised I am deeply saddened that I will be able to experience less of it due to most of it coating the inside of the box or the outside of the pouch. overall great fragrance just sad about the quality I received it in

I ordered a perfume that unjust made with RomancePlanet and they both claimed that it smelt like the backrooms. My perfume arrives 3 months after ordering it and it only arrived to my house yesterday I opened to box expecting a big spray bottle but no I open the box and see the tiniest bottle of perfume in the box and I smell the perfume and it smelt like men’s cologne/spray deodorant rather then what the both claimed it to smell like. My honest review for this company is 3 stars.

I ordered the windows classics bracelet for my bf. It arrived quick (We live in NZ) Everything felt decent quality but the spider fell off of the charm after having it for about two weeks. I think part of it was it caught on a lot of things and when it came off it seemed to only really be glued on. I wouldn’t not recommend buying the bracelet but instead just avoid wearing it in situations where it could get yanked (gym, hands on work etc).

Ordered an in-stock product and paid extra for expedited shipping so it would arrive in time. The estimate said it would ship in 1-2 days. Well, now it is nearly a week later and the USPS tracking number still says it is "Awaiting item". More concerningly, the email address for the company seems to no longer work so I have no way to reach the company to check on my order, which makes me worry that it's all a scam. UPDATE: The email address started working again and I was able to reach someone at this company. They weren't sure why it wasn't sent out, but were able to send it and refunded what I paid for shipping. It still arrived too late for the birthday, but my kid likes her pickle bracelet!
