item never deliverd and dont answer simple SCAM

Delayed shipping, took an additional 3 weeks to ship the item after full 3 months, and I still have not received my parcel, I contacted them for further help, but they told me to solve and submit the claim myself. they’re not going to refund my money.

Took my money then ignored me. Big scam They don’t answer emails or DMs or on there page for me had to contact my bank

Bought the Backrooms oil roller perfume on preorder and was very sad to find that after all that waiting it smells exactly like old spice deodorant. I really wanted to like this perfume but I can’t even wear it

Would not buy again. Ordered a vinyl it’s taking them over 10 days to even ship it out even though they printed the tracking number 9 days ago. I emailed for a update haven’t heard back

It's in a paper box that is falling apart, the opening already ripped off, the perfume smell is the most generic thing ever to me. I paid 40 bucks for something that if I saw it at like a market, I'd give it 5 bucks max I pre ordered the backrooms perfume before coming across numerous accusations. They are quite known for their bad quality, overpricing and unethical business practices in the frutiger community Wont buy from them again Gonna try to get my money back

Bad packaging and terrible quality. Perfume smells like cheap drugstore body spray. I would support a different indie perfumer who actually knows what they’re doing and not just obsessed with making their social media look good.
