I got the luma bracelet and the frutiger aero fragrence and let me just say the experience was UNREAL! The packaging was just as good as the products and I get so many compliments on the fragrence and the jewelry! So unexpectedly amazing. I will buy a lot more from now on especially with Christmas coming up! This will make for some amazing gifts!

I have ordered a few things fron Unjust as of now, and every time I am beyond excited to receive and open my package. The quality of their bracelets is great; I've only worn mine out a handful of times (I like to save them for certain outfits/occasions), and they make a statement every time! Additionally, their wallets are durable and have been on the receiving end of many compliments. I have been using the Unjust x Euphoric PS2 Memory Card wallet for about a year now, and it is still in great condition. Recently, I ordered the DS Lite wallet, and there was a mix up with my order. Dawson's customer service was polite and quick :) I love being able to support such a wonderful creator who clearly puts a lot of effort and love into their items.

Amazing 10/10

I had purchased a few bracelets, few shorts, and a necklace from here. The pricing is a bit odd on some products with a set shipping cost of around $10~ which is above the norm for this type of store. All of them arrived in perfect condition and inside unique packaging that is a mystery how is even possible to get. All of it is attention grabbing! Only one bracelet broke about a month after usage and support reached back within 2 days offering a refund or any item in the store free of charge. Highly recommend and IMO the other reviews here from what I can assume are just the few bad experiences that can happen to any business. Everyone else on socials and my mutuals seem to have the same experience as me 🤷

Admittedly my review is quite late but I’ve recently seen an influx of this company’s TikToks and I wouldn’t want anyone to purchase from this company after my experience. I placed an order last year for a bracelet which was confirmed and shipped relatively quickly. A month later, the tracking information stopped updating, so I reached out to the company asking for any information. I did not receive a reply after 10 days so went through my bank for a refund. As soon as I had done this, I did get a reply to my initial email saying it had gone to the spam folder which is why they didn’t reply. They said they would contact DHL regarding my order and sort this and that was the last I heard from them. As my bank had already processed my refund I guess it didn’t matter to them. Customer service is terrible and I simply would not recommend.

Ordered an Unjust Vista bracelet and never recieved it i only recieved a box i sent a enail and it was never replied to, terrible company

Ordered two items, key point to remember: order was never shipped on time as stated in description, sent an email asking about it, said they would ship it, another 2 weeks go by, so I filed a dispute, come to find out. they shipped the order with an entirely different label, but on top of that, I was missing one of the items in my order, so I essentially gave away $50, its been such a while since I originally ordered the items that the $50 doesn't even matter to me anymore but just generally frustrated by how dishonest and unprofessional this brand is

I ordered the windows classics bracelet for my bf. It arrived quick (We live in NZ) Everything felt decent quality but the spider fell off of the charm after having it for about two weeks. I think part of it was it caught on a lot of things and when it came off it seemed to only really be glued on. I wouldn’t not recommend buying the bracelet but instead just avoid wearing it in situations where it could get yanked (gym, hands on work etc).
