Ordered in November for a Christmas gift and they sent an email saying it was mailed but there is no tracking or box. I paid through paypal and reported a claim. Hopefully I will get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them

Item was supposed to be shipped on 12/5. Tracking says it still hasn’t shipped as of 12/21. Several attempts to reach customer service and still no solution. A total scam!

My delivery has snit come and the company has not responded to my requests. I payed $190 In advance for 6 months. Do not waste your money!

Absolutely terrible! DON'T waste a dime on this crap. And after trying to UNSUBSCRIBED from any email from them, they continue to harassing me with Daily emails. Like it's some kind of joke. This is clearly a business that doesn't value its customers and by the many BAD Reviews hopefully will be out of business soon.

Snacks were laaaaaaame. I got the Indian package. If you like Doritos and corn flour you're all set. Nothing exotic at all about the snacks, they were literally indian-branded Doritos and different shapes of corn flour. Will not use again.

I have been a faithful subscriber to Universal Yums since 2018, and thoroughly enjoyed the boxes... until everything came crashing down. My payment method expired, so I needed to update it. But the website gave me an error when I tried to attach the new payment method to my subscription. I filled out the support form. No response. I sent an email to the support email. No response. I called the support phone. No response. Then they cancelled my subscription. I finally managed to contact them on Facebook, where they're telling me they didn't receive anything, their website is perfect, and they won't do anything to help. I can't remember the last time I had such terrible customer support, but none of this is the least bit acceptable.

Horrible experience - package tracking says UPS delivered it to USPS. USPS does not have it and when I try to call UPS it takes 20 minutes to get to a person and then that person just passes me off to some other dept until I get hung up on. As others have said Ashleigh in customer service is useless and refuses to help. I don't expect to ever receive this package.

The snack are good but the company is called Universal Yums. My boxes for 1 year should have been labeled European Continent ONLY snacks…Never ever got snacks from anywhere else..even my subscribers were bored and wanted different continents and I agreed Cancelled!
