Since faster delivery methods aren't an option, it takes up to a month from the shipment date for it to actually arrive in Australia which isn't great. But the ridiculous delivery time and mediocre customer service are the only negatives. The actual box and contents are amazing, lots of fun and good quality. We enjoy reading the trivia/information provided about each "yum" before opening them one at a time and while the taste is a hit and miss, it's still fun and interesting trying unique snacks from around the world.

I ordered mine January 5. I was supposed to receive my package Jan 15. Today is january 15 and I still haven’t received my package. They are dishonest and I will never order anything from them again

The product isn’t bad (got as a gift from a friend) and I loved the idea of sharing cultures but when I later saw the commercial for it in one of my iPad video games, I was appalled at how racist this company actually is. Apparently to them, Americans are gluttonous pigs that have the eating habits similar to infants with cupcakes (smashing and crumbling and destroying). Immediately ended my subscription as I absolutely will not support the harassment of any people group for general public entertainment. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

I thought the treats were decent, but they totally lost me on customer service. When money got tight and I didn't want all that sugar in the house anymore, I wanted to delete my account to keep my data more secure. They refused to let me do it! I had to change my email address on the account and deactivate the email. If you value your data security, Universal Yums is not worth it. Steer clear and find a nice ethnic market to buy your snacks.

One of the best experiences ever. They do a different country every month and I can always find something I want more of in every box. Very fun and good for families with kids.

I love this company. Never had a problem with them. My items come in a good size box where they aren't crushed and they ship out their items on the 15th of the month. I get my box within a few days after they ship it. The most I've waited was almost a week. They are very active on Facebook and their customer service is excellent. I've had problems with their competitor snack crate. Stay clear of snack crate. Universal yums is so much better. I will continue to be a loyal customer and will recommend to all.

They are a bit pricey, but the boxes are so fun to receive! They include snacks, candy, and fun information on the stuff in the box as well as the country it came from. It's a mystery what country the box will be from, which adds to the excitement. When you receive it, the box is decorated on the outside with images and words from the particular country for that month, so you can try to guess before you open. I've never had to call them with a problem, so not sure what their customer service is like, but nothing ever arrived damaged. They work on a monthly subscription that is very easy to cancel and re-open if you want to quit or just skip a few months.
