As our previous conversations, we are willing to support you in case we send you the wrong merchadise and the faults from our end, following our policy at https://unitrophy.com/policies/refund-policy. However, in this case, we sent you the right merchadise you ordered and we showed clearly the record of your order which included the quote ""The secret of life? Just enjoy the ride" in email. Besides, you said that you sent us a photo of the order you put on the cart, but please note that the date that the image was captured is on May 10, 2022 and it was not finished the payment yet. And your order was placed on May 13, 2022, at 3:59 pm that means there are some changes within that time. We truly apprecite your understanding and we just follow the information you put on the website. In this case, we are trying to give you better support and we know that this is an unexpected situation for both sides. Please reconsider both options we give you in the email and if you are satisfied with any option, please keep us informed. Then, we would make an effort to give you the best support in this case.
