Unfortunately some big mistakes were made. But, it happened. No reason to have the nick burnt red even my 8 years old criticize it. Asking for red outfit and blue shoes and I got the other way around. He was hoping to get red because he is a Chicago Bull fan but he end up a Florida fan . Anyways he wasn’t excited as expected and I was disappointed as well

The hat does not have the 3D look as pictured when you get it. Colors are dull, not vibrant as shown. Disappointed.

When I ordered, I thought it was coming with a frame. For the price it is a little salty for just a poster. It looks nice, but now I have to go buy a frame as well

The poster was done in a way I was not expecting. If I remember right the basketball player and the lettering was all done lengthwise; the way the words crowd in on the player makes it look cluttered. It was a bit too small, but that’s my fault, I should have ordered it larger. Overall not what I remember ordering.

I thought it was suppose to be an actual canvas or frame for $40 . I don’t think it was worth $40 just for a rolled up poster .

The product is good and a good gift for loved one , yet the only thing that I would say is bad is the delivery, they offer to deliver sooner with higher price yet I got the product way later than standard delivery. Over all its a nice gift .
