Nice quilt however shams did not match…
Nice quilt however shams did not match quilt i made several attempts to get it fixed the only response was they needed a picture which i sent 3 times heard nothing on the 4th email i was done reported to pay pal then they responded asking me to drop the case they had my shams in 3 days. Told them i would not drop the case until i have correct shams first i won the case and still no shams. I will NEVER order again from Unitrophy.

Well I placed my order .had to send…
Well I placed my order .had to send messages to find out where my order was. Recieved response that due to pandemic things were behind that was no problem .My order #1303 never got delivered nor did I get a refund of my money of $90 with the exchange. I really wanted the shoe's as I thought they were a good idea.I placed my order on July 22nd it is now September 11th and still nothing???.I really want this to be solved either my money back or my shoe's please.

Son loves it
Took about 3 months to receive it, but looks to good quality. Only had it for 2 weeks. My son LOVES it!!!! His name and number were perfect, I'd recommend trying Unitrophy.

I love the LED light
I love the LED light! I got it for a present for my nephew. There was an error in the first one that I purchased… I emailed him. They immediately made the wrong right and shipped it immediately!! Thank you!
