United Regions Van LinesReviews of unitedregionvanlines.com

I can tell you this is the worst company to use for moving your precious items. During my move on July 17, 2022, they destroyed six boxes of fine china, crystal and treasures that I had since 1979 the year I got married. Ninety-two pieces to be exact. The insurance company (which was in-house) offered me $18. Please if they are still in business be sure NOT TO USE THEM. I am still trying to come to terms with what they destroyed. I also reported them to as many government agencies as I could find and posted reviews on all the websites possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY

We recommend United Regions Van Lines because how good they did job with our house move. The company is good and also the boys who are working for the company also very reliable and honest. I use them to move my old house in Georgia to new big one in Tennessee some time ago. I like how they did the move very fast. All our things were not broken and all of them they were very careful how they carry the things. I made the booking to the move one month before we move and the person in charge at the office told us all things very clearly. This was our first time using movers so we didn’t know what the prices are generally but United Regions Van Lines gave us a quote that was something like in the top 70-80% of the places we asked. Given how well they did, I believe they asked for a fair price and earned it.

This is the gist of my feedback on United Regions Van Lines for our move to Denver, CO from Houston, TX: EXCELLENT! We were really surprised how much better they did compared to other movers we have hired that cost about the same. Firstly, their staff is so much more approachable – the movers were friendly and listened to us when we told them how we wanted things done. Secondly, they were so professional in how they handled and moved very large items, always ensuring that neither the objects nor the walls and floors were damaged. We will definitely hire United Regions Van Lines again and rating them 5 stars is a no-brainer.

The worst experience of my life was coordinating my move and dealing with the customer service department... worse than dealing with the department of motor vehicles. If you speak to Richie or Lisa, hang up the phone and find another company. Both are sketchy. After being insulted by Lisa, I was told she would be expecting an apology from me. Who else is supposed to advocate for me but me? They certainly won't. If I could leave a negative number of stars, I would. Unfortunately, our nightmare isn't over. We're still waiting to schedule/take delivery of our possessions. That adventure/nightmare will take place after November 14, 2022.

I can’t believe that I am actually sitting down to write a positive review for a moving company but United Regions Van Lines really has completely changed my perspective of movers! For the first time, I was able to sit back and watch the movers work without having to prod them along. The movers were courteous, too! Compared to other companies I have hired, they are slightly more expensive. In terms of what I get in return for that, I would say that I am completely happy with the trade! I suggest that you try this company if you have been disappointed by the others you have hired.

I discovered United Regions Van Lines pretty much by accident but it has turned out to be quite a happy accident! They were the first company that could help us do a 4 bedroom move from Philadelphia, PA to Tampa, FL at short notice after the company we had hired cancelled. Despite such a short time to slot us in, they had a truck at our doorstep at the prearranged time. The crew was very professional, getting right to work when they arrived. No dilly dallying as we have had others do. This move cost us more than average but only because it was a last-minute affair. Their rates for schedule moves are quite affordable.

After you get used to the service that United Regions Van Lines provides, there is just no way that you would return to any old run of the mill moving company again. They are so organized that their preparations and execution of the move resemble that of a military unit, with every step clearly defined and given exact timings (which they follow to the letter). I was very impressed by that level of preparation and dedication to their craft. Everyone we interacted with from the company left us with a positive impression of the United Regions Van Lines brand. I am happy to recommend them.

They told us the quote was based on weight so we threw away two dumpsters worth of heavy items and when they came to the house they changed it to being based on the number of boxes. They packed the boxes half way and smashed frames, baskets, threw folded clothes on the bottom. Took about 30% of our entire belongings and said they were done! Once the truck was full, they left! That was it. We had a plane ticket to move to CO in 2 days and we had to somehow pack 70% of our belongings with whatever boxes they left and rent a U-haul to deliver four 20 foot storage units worth of boxes! Rooms were untouched! Everything was still in the closets, clothes were all hanging, decor on the wall, mattresses, silverware etc. We had to be out of the house in 2 days and pack with a 2 and a 4 year old. It was a complete nightmare. We received our items 2 months later on top of all this. Upon unpacking, the cheap tape they used stuck on everything they taped. For instance, all my kitchen containers or anything with a lid has a sticky residue from the tape. Completely ruined. So disappointed that we had to go through this experience. Please choose a moving company that cares! My family and I have moved to CA, WI and back to OH and we had amazing experiences. Will never move again after this nightmare of a move.
