While the packers did a good job of wrapping furniture, how it was handled later showed the complete lack of care or concern when several pieces arrived with severe damage. One large box with some glass and ceramic was clearly dropped and shattered 5 pieces inside. Other boxes had broken items as well. Several pieces arrived with missing parts like ladders with no base on one side, how they managed to do that I don't know. It also took the full 3 weeks for them to finally show up and deliver. Surprisingly everything did show up and most boxes and furniture were intact, the overall experience was very poor and would not recommend.

We understand your concerns and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Let us address each of your points thoroughly:
1. Price Increase
The cost of a move can change if the inventory or services requested differ from the original estimate. If additional items were added or services like packing materials were needed, this would have been reflected in a revised estimate. As per our policy, revised estimates are always presented and agreed upon before proceeding. If you believe there was an error, we encourage you to review the signed documents and contact our customer service team for further clarification.
2. Damaged Furniture
We regret to hear about the damage to your furniture. While we ensure that all goods are handled with care, unexpected incidents can occur. If you haven’t already, please file a damage claim through our claims process so we can investigate this matter and work towards a resolution. Our team is committed to addressing and resolving such issues promptly.
3. Missing Boxes
We take the safety and delivery of all items seriously. Inventory lists are completed during pick-up and delivery to ensure accountability. If boxes are missing, please review your signed inventory sheet from delivery. This will help us locate the missing items or identify any discrepancies. Please contact our office to initiate a missing items claim if needed.
We value your feedback and are here to assist you further. Please reach out to our customer service team at your earliest convenience so we can address these concerns in detail and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Team

Do not hire United Regions!!!
Whatever you do, don't chose United Regions Van Lines. They are a nightmare and caused an immense amount of stress. They drop extra charges on you at the last minute. They added extra charges on us wherever they could for an unnecessary shuttle storage, etc. They ask you to pay the last deposit (thousands of dollars) in cash the day of arrival of the moving truck. There is "no option" to pay for this via a wire or credit card and they are very rude about this on the phone. Our boxes came extremely banged up and torn. Thankfully we had an air tag so we could track where our items were because they took so long to deliver and did not communicate. I needed a receipt for work for the cash payment and they ghosted me when I asked to send me the full receipt-- never got a response once they were all paid up! The only aspect of it was good were the movers themselves who were very efficient, polite and respectful. The customer service on the phone is terrible and they got into a yelling match with us then they hung up. One of our items of furniture got badly damaged but we decided we didn't even want to pick up the phone and deal with them. Terribly unprofessional. Do not hire!!!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your move with United Regions Van Lines. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, but we would like to address and clarify several points raised in your review:
Additional Charges
The only additional charge applied to your move was for the shuttle service, which was necessary due to access limitations at your delivery location. This is a standard industry practice, as outlined in your contract. We always aim to minimize extra charges, but certain circumstances, such as location constraints, require adjustments to ensure a successful delivery.
Payment Policies
We acknowledge your concern regarding the payment method for the final balance. Per our contract and standard industry procedures, the final payment is required in cash, certified check, or money order at delivery. This policy ensures a smooth and timely handover of your belongings. These terms are clearly stated in the agreement, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding during the initial booking.
Condition of Boxes and Items
Our records, including photos from the delivery team, indicate that all items were delivered without visible damage. If you believe an item was damaged during transit, we encourage you to file a formal claim with our claims department. We will investigate thoroughly to resolve any issues.
Delivery Timeline
Your delivery was completed within 12 business days, well within the contractual window of 0-17 business days. We understand waiting for delivery can be stressful, but this timeline adheres to the terms of our agreement.
Communication and Customer Service
We apologize if any interaction with our team felt unprofessional or unhelpful. While we strive to provide consistent communication, we understand there is always room for improvement. We are reviewing this internally to ensure better service in the future.
Receipt Request
We regret that your receipt request was not addressed promptly. We will ensure that a full receipt for all payments made is sent to you immediately. Your request is a priority, and we apologize for any delay in responding.
Appreciation for the Movers
We are pleased to hear that you found the moving crew to be efficient, polite, and respectful. They work hard to provide the best service possible and appreciate your kind words.
We value your feedback and take it seriously as we strive to improve. Should you have additional concerns or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Team

Came with a Penske box truck 20 foot
Came with a Penske box truck 20 foot
To pick up house hold good.
Could not get all my stuff in it. So they left that stuff. Had to go back to the old house in Minnesota to get the rest of my things( from Maine).
Said they packed 2500 cubic feet of good in the box truck. Penske web site stated it would only hold 1800 cubic feet.
Then wanted more money before delivery.
Never would use them again.
The hire packers were good, driver not so much . Customer service was useless. Basically called me a liar once I confronted them about the discrepancy in cubic feet the truck could hold.
Do not use them

1. If you receive a bid that is not guaranteed, you will not be happy.
2. If you receive a bid that doesn't have a "maximum guarantee" amount, you will not be happy.
3. If your salesman tells you delivery in 7 days and your driver tells you 2 days and the company berates you, because you signed a contract that allows 17 days, you will not be happy.
4. If your driver tells you, "this is all b******t", you will not be happy.
5. If your delivery guy wants an additional $300 dollars at delivery for the stairs, even though there was an elevator, you will not be happy.

7. If the driver tells you that they will load and deliver on the same truck, avoiding unloading and reloading from a warehouse, you will not be happy.
8. If you pay for a full pack but pack some of your own stuff, don't expect any reduction in price. You will not be happy.
9. If you unwrap many items packed by the company during move in but they still want an additional $300, after having already paid them an ADDITIONAL $7000, you will not be happy.
