United Regions Van LinesReviews of unitedregionvanlines.com

I strongly recommend United Regions Van Lines based on my experience with them. I had hired them to move homes from MS to VA, but since we were downsizing, there was also some stuff that had to be moved into storage. United Regions Van Lines took it all in their stride and did what we thought was a very complicated job perfectly well. Their speed and efficiency are to be marveled at. My family was also very happy with how friendly and approachable the moving men were. If this is the standard that United Regions Van Lines adheres to every time, I am more than happy to recommend them and hire them again for any future moves.

After so many experiences of being underwhelmed by moving companies, I have finally been given the chance to be impressed instead. The company is United Regions Van Lines and they did what I can only describe as the perfect move. We were given 3 things – a quote for the price and a schedule for the pickup and delivery. This is literally the first time ever that a moving company has been able to stick to all 3 (in my experience). It also helped that the men were so adept at their job and polite in all their interactions with us. I will definitely be hiring them again.

I haven't ever had a move go as smoothly as this one that was handled by the excellent people who work at United Regions Van Lines. The movers were competent, very quick to get to work after they arrived and hardworking once they started. Our things were loaded up into their van neatly and stacked tightly, then secured with a cargo net to minimize the chances of damage during transit. (It worked – zero damage!) They gave us an estimated time of delivery and adhered to it. None of our things were even scratched along the way. Very happy to recommend them.

I usually do my own moves but a back injury left me with no choice but to hire professionals. When I asked around for recommendations, the United Regions Van Lines name came up several times. After doing my research, I found that this company was certainly the best of the candidates on paper. With the move completed, I can now also certify that they are absolute legends in real life, too. The very capable trio of movers were fast, careful and extremely polite. Our move was completed on time and nothing was lost or damaged. I loved the experience and recommend this company.

I felt that the United Regions Van Lines movers took their job seriously. They were always asking questions on whether we had a preference on how to move or place certain things and would give their input as well. That worked out very well since we know our things the best and they know the technical and practical side of moving things better than us. Our movers were also very polite in all the conversations, explaining to us why things were done a certain way. The end result was that we actually had an enjoyable moving experience! It was both eye-opening and educational and I even picked up a few tips on how to move big items on my own without equipment.

My priority when moving is to choose a company that can assure me that they will do the pickup and delivery according to my schedule. I have moved several times and United Regions Van Lines has been the only company that has adhered to their promises. This was the second time I hired them with that result so I know the first one wasn't a flash in the pan. Apart from the timing, United Regions Van Lines is also very good at communicating. They kept me updated and apprised of the progress of the transfer between IL and CA all the way.

This company is HORRID!!! They jacked up the initial price and and went past the 3 days allotted for the move date. They made me miss my start date for a new job on a move from Seattle to North Carolina…Customer service has no concern for the Inconvenience to the customer they could care less.

If there were moving company awards, I think United Regions Van Lines would sweep all the categories! This is the third time that I have hired them and there has never been an issue that they were unable to resolve to my satisfaction. Their staff is always polite and eager to help. Their cost structure and the terms of their moving packages are presented clearly. If you don't understand, their team is always there to help explain it to you. Of course, the best feature is their moving team that takes such good care to deliver your boxes safely!
