United Regions Van LinesReviews of unitedregionvanlines.com

I have never been happier after a move as I am after United Regions Van Lines helped us move our 4 bedroom house from Texas to California. They made the whole process seem so painless – it was so different from literally every other time I have hired professional movers (who sometimes aren’t so professional). The main difference I noticed was the moving crew was so open to asking how we wanted things done instead of just doing them however was fastest and most convenient for them. Another advantage of hiring United Regions Van Lines is that they price themselves very reasonably. We will certainly keep them in mind for our next move.

These guys are magicians when it comes to long distance interstate moves. We were moving from Florida to Tennessee and needed to do it against a tight timeline of the lease running out at our old place while I had to be in TN by a particular date for a new job. The United Regions Van Lines management team took on our move personally and they closely monitored the situation from the day of the packing and loading to the day of the delivery in TN. Not that they needed to – the movers themselves were aware and did a wonderful job. I think they are the PERFECT movers!

We had a small flat in Norman, OK that we sold off and wanted the furniture sent to a relative in nearby Fort Collins, CO. Since we don’t live in either of those states, we asked people we know in Oklahoma for recommendations to find a moving company. United Regions Van Lines was one of 3 on the list and we chose them after speaking to all 3. The movers were very professional and completed the packing and loading quickly and safely. My relative in Colorado was given advance warning of the delivery so that she could prepare for it. The furniture was delivered within the window that they provided. I am very happy with the result and would hire them again.

Our move was handled perfectly by United Regions Van Lines. Their team was very careful with our things and delivered it all on time and in one piece. We felt that the movers were better behaved and more courteous than the typical movers that you get at this price point. Another point that impressed us was the quality of their tools – from boxes to the tape to the dollies and the truck itself, everything was high-quality and well-maintained. The movers were dressed neatly and cleanly, too. It is a lot easier to trust people who take pride in their appearance and their work. I recommend them.

Not so happy holidays. Their website reads "Moving is always tough, even if it’s just next door. But uprooting your life and relocating across the country takes additional planning, time, and energy. So choose an interstate moving company that can reduce your stress, get the job done, and exceed your expectations." Our experience increased our stress, left us with damaged valuables and a final invoice 40% higher than our second video estimate (which was 40% higher than our first video estimate). Our shipment was delayed and didn't receive until 33 days after initial pack (was in a warehouse for 16 days). When you express your concerns, their response is that you signed the documents (after someone tells you don't worry, call the company and they'll give you a discount - 2% off and you have to agree not to post a complaint on BBB, social media and review sites (we did not sign). We put our trust that we could lean on this mover because they are "A company built on service where quality meets trust because every move matters" Hope this review keeps someone from making the same mistake that we did.

Our move from Kansas to California was handled by United Regions Van Lines and they did a great job of it. The first thing that impressed me was how well and how quickly they packed up my 5-bedroom home. It was amazing seeing almost everything I own get bundled up neatly into even, uniform packing boxes within the space of a few short hours. Even though the men worked fast, they were also careful. When we took delivery from them and unpacked everything, we didn't find even one thing damaged. Even the boxes themselves were in pristine condition, which speaks volumes about the way they drive. I am reassured that United Regions Van Lines will do just as good a job if I hire them again.

Great sales team and pick up team but after that it all falls apart. I cannot get a delivery date and dispatch is rude. No one will answer my calls or emails. We have been waiting 3 weeks with no end in sight. They have ruined our holidays.

Do not use this company. We hired them for a move from Colorado to New Jersey and it was a disaster. They told us they would store our furniture and boxes in Denver until we were ready for them in New Jersey. After two months, we gave them the address and asked for a delivery date. We got the date a week after we requested and found that our household goods had been moved 3 times during that time period to 3 different storage areas. When we finally got our delivery, 80 per cent of our boxes were damaged or crushed. I know of 3 boxes that we never got. These were boxes that included wall pictures worth hundreds of dollars and personal pictures. My grandmother’s China was broken also, and it was packed very well. I had many problems contacting this company and when I would finally get them, they were very rude. Do not use this company. They are very disreputable.
