I have bought two watches from this company, both were excellent quality, including the boxes and packaging, which was worth the extra cost. Great customer service and communication. Delivery time was longer than I hoped, but both watches did arrive on time, in perfect condition and they were definitely worth the wait…It’s true what they say…you get what you pay for!! These watches are not cheap…but most importantly they don’t look or feel cheap. I’m confident these watches are as good as gets and I already have my eye on a third!! Five Stars!!

I ordered a clone AP Royal Oak. I could not be happier with the watch. Even under very close inspection it appears as the original. Shipping took a couple of weeks, and I was updated throughout the process. I will be ordering from them again!

The watch was built to exact specs requested. Weight, appearance, and alignment. Shipping was as promised. I had an issue and they took care of it promptly. Excellent!

This company literally steals from its clients. I purchased a Rolex Day Date in December 2025. Within three months the crown fell off. My local watch store put a replica crown on but I wanted United to value some sort of obligation to their product. They asked for photos; sent. They then asked for a video; sent. They then asked me to send it back to China. FIVE MONTHS LATER THEY WONT EVEN RETURN THE WATCH I PAID FOR THAT I PAID SHIPPING TO CHINA THEY ASKED TO BE RETURNED TO REPAIR. They are literally thieves. The absolute worst, most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. UPDATE: July 21 I posted the above review. Within ten minutes I had this email (bear in mind I have already sent the watch which they have had for over ONE MONTH): Hello Mark , I'm Merry from the United Luxury support team. I am glad to assist you. I am reaching out to you based on your comment on trust, first of all, we apologize for this inconvenience you have experienced, we want to compensate for this situation. We are aware of the inconvenience and if you send us the watch, we would like to send you a new watch with a gift box. I replied that I simply I want my watch back or a new one. They responded with: If you could remove your comment, I’ll get started right away. I said not until I have a tracking number. Never got a response. THEY LITERALLY STOLE MY WATCH BACK FROM ME THAT I PAID FOR AND PADO TO HAVE SENT BACK AT THEIR REQUEST. Disgusting company. UPDATING the theft: As of today August 8th I’ve heard twice a new piece was being sent but no tracking. This ordeal has gone on since MAY 5. It’s taken over four mothers and all I’ve gotten is them stealing the watch back from me after I’d had it repaired at my watch shop. Why ask for it back to not repair or replace?? Warranty?? Only guarantee with United is you will lose money. If you get a watch it will be lower grade than expected and will break and will neither be repaired or replaced. Stolen? YES!

I bought a big bang replica. In less than 20 times wearing it, the ceramic cracked on the part of the watch that rests on my wrist. Clearly defective. Merry sent 2 emails saying she is addressing it. Has ignored every other communication. Companies that promise elite products and service and ignore customer when the truth reveals itself are good at one thing only...fraud.
