I absolutely love my winter liner and helmet! I initially thought I needed to make an exchange, but Maria helped me understand how to adjust the helmet perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

Really happy with my Aura from Unit1. Fits well, lights are great and I feel much safer with the indicators. Customer service is great too. I had a couple of queries about customs duty (turns out it's not applicable as Unit1 is now shipped from the UK) and strap adjustment. They got back to me the same day, and we're really helpful. Highly recommend.

Even though the products work fine and draw attention in traffic, the company itself is a total ripoff. I’ve supported Unit1 twice on Kickstarter, especially the second campaign was a pure cash grab. On top of the massive pledge, they asked for over 200$ for regular container shipment (they charge you to ship the products to their Warehouse and then charge you to send it to your home) and even more asked for additional money to forward the tracking number. Customer Support is nonexistent, they reply with the same wording every time and don’t appear to meetings that you can request on their website. If you are into the helmets, buy them when available directly from their site, it will be cheaper than supporting on Kickstarter, even though they promise up to 40% savings.

I wore the helmet for the first time going to work today. I travel in the darkness on the way to and from work. the helmet worked great for being more visible to others on the rd. The drivers seemed more aware and let me know more often with flashing their lights etc. when approaching from behind and at intersections. I was quite skeptical at first with this comp. But between Maria and Laura that skepticism has vanished. they respond promptly to situations and are very tactical and honest. they definitely helped their comp. gain my respect.

I love the Unit1 gear & support. I decided on supporting them and purchased the Aura Helmet and lights kit. After a year and a few thousand KM, everything works perfectly and the helmet is very comfortable. But I cleaned my helmet pads often and they got messy, so I contacted them to purchase new pads. Well, I didn't get a chance, they sent me a few kits free of charge! Best service I had in a long time!

After a while thinking about it, a couple of weeks ago I decided to go ahead and purchased the FARO helmet. I’ve now received it but haven't tried yet, waiting for the remote to arrive. If the helmet is as good as the UNIT 1 support team online, specially Maria- thank you so so much- then this must be one of the best purchases I have ever done. So glad.
