This company is horrible they ship my package out with Tick Tock and they are claiming that my address is not valid. It is very valid because I have received other packages from them before and they delivered to my house I have my address written in my account with Tick Tock so they know where to deliver it. I also tried calling them and I was on the phone with them for a half hour them telling me every 5 minutes that it's going to be another 2 minute wait. Next I tried going to their Distribution Hub and I put in the address to go to their Hub and the address took me to a condo in allamuchi with security. I was speaking with the security guide asking him if there happens to be a Distribution Hub in this complex and he told me no he even called the address that was listed for the company and the people responded that they have never even heard of this company. This whole situation is very suspicious and I have been waiting for my package for over 2 weeks now. This company is horrible I have no nice things to say about it and everything about them screams a scam.

Rates were not competitive with USPS Ground Advantage, so we decided to cancel our account. That was over a year ago. Initially they didn't cancel our account. Then they cancelled our account with them but not the TWO accounts they inexplicably opened for us with UPS. And they continued to automatically take money from us by ACH. We finally got them to stop taking money by ACH, but a year later they continue to send us invoices for shipments that are obviously fraudulent. Their customer service is pathetic at the local and coporate level. They will often respond to reviews like this saying to email them at a certain address, but no one responds to those emails. I have no idea how to get them to stop harrassing us, a year after we terminated our business with them. Do not fall for their sales pitch, you will regret it.

Similar to other responses on here, after the local branch sold, and corporate took over, I had a package get destroyed that I had insurance on. Its been almost 4 months now and they refuse to do anything at all. Customer service absolutely sucks! and I will never ever use this company again. I have shifted to Uship! Update: I sent an explanation to the email listed below, and never heard back. Same with their claims department. I'm right up against having to contact my attorney.

This company is perfect for small and medium sized businesses who want to grow and want to grow the correct way

Spam calling customer service lines and asking to speak to the owner of the company... having an attitude when they are told no and to stop calling the customer service line.... These guys need to get it together and start conducting business like professionals. Grow up fellas

Really annoying! We've been called countless times by annoying sales people that will never put us on a DNC list. Therefore, we'll never do business with them.

We know he's always just a call or text away should we need help setting up in Shipstation or want to run hypothetical pricing scenarios for future planning. Our experiences so far couldn't be further from all of the negative reviews!

Unishippers is now a worthless Company! I have used this company for several years only now since the ownership change you can not get a real person on the phone, Trucking co destroyed an item after finding out from insurance co that Unishippers withheld the settlement from us for over two months and counting I will now have to go to court to settle this, no one answers the phone or answers emails any longer since, Run from this place now, used to be good now it is Co not worth even using ever again, RIP you crooks
