Harassing sales calls -multiple times a day- from same person in most cases. Have asked many times to put on do not call list and it is ignored. No lie -it must have happened 100 times to date. I would not recommend this company. What makes them think we would use their services after all this?

These guys billed me almost $1000 for no reason and are no longer communicating with me and have not returned my money.

We have been a customer for years, and our local company is great to work with. This 1 star review is about their business model and the constant calls from other companies trying to get our business. Every time we tell them we already have an account, they said they are not aware of this and some get pushy and rude. And this wasn't a few calls, they call sometimes a few times a day, and its been going on for weeks maybe months. This should be delt with at a corporate level making sure current customers are not harassed on a regular basis. Unishippers, if your trying to annoy your current customers, you are doing a great job. FIX THIS ASAP.

We've been an overall happy customer over 15 years across several businesses. But their AR seems to have gone bonkers For whatever reason, we somehow started paying several invoices twice, and had a credit balance starting 10/12/2023, with a second credit on 1/11/2023,which was on our account until last week when we asked for these funds to be disbursed back to us. Despite that, they charged us a $4.95 late fee accruing from an invoice dated 12/01/2023. For whatever reason, they didn't use our credit balance on open invoices. While their AR did offer to remove the late fee, after several interactions it is still there. We have been re-invoiced the late fee twice since talking to AR. These recent invoices are 1/26/2024 and today 2/2/2024. The last customer service rep I talked to made it clear it was MY fault that Unishippers chose not to match the credit on my account to pay new invoices. So they wore me down and we are paying the $4.95 late fee. But I do get to write this review to get something out of it. On the plus side, Unishipper's AR at least did send us a statement on 1/24/2024 (the first ever!), to let us know we have a credit balance. We do appreciate that. Thanks!

Aggressive Telemarketing from Unishippers franchisee employees using personal cell phones to bypass being blocked. 3rd call of the day. As many as 7 different telemarketer scum calling in a single day. It is like a game of wack-a-mole. They don't accept no as an answer and are abusive to staff, management and ownership of the business. Long time customer. Was happy overall. Having a nightmare right now. My full truckload was supposed to be picked up last Wednesday. No truck showed up. I called they said we do not have a driver. They said if I paid an additional $1,000 I could probably get a truck. I agreed they got a truck. Delivery was supposed to be Monday. I arrived at delivery location to receive on Monday. They said we will deliver on Tuesday. I showed up on Tuesday. They said we will deliver on Wednesday. I have a record of dozens of emails and phone calls. Nobody is contacting me. Nobody is able to give me definitive answers. I am beside myself. I am so let down. Please help.
