I have tried all morning to get support, 5 times given a number because the number the last person gave me was to the wrong franchise The last person hung up on me. A 0 for customer support

So happy I gave Unishippers a try. Did some research before and the reviews kind of scared me but then again most people only think to leave reviews when they’re upset, so I decided to give it a shot and have nothing but good things to say so far. I can see there being issues since it’s franchised based and it’s all about who your franchise and rep is but my rep has been fantastic! It’s also really nice being able to reach out to the same rep everyday at anytime and build a personal relationship, which has helped astronomically with any issue encountered unlike shipping with fedex.

Unishippers provides us good rates for ups and ltl shipping. Our ups account integrates with Shopify, making it easy to quote and create ups labels for our online store. Billing is easy to read. I deal with the franchise owner, Therese O’Sullivan, from Unishippers 1701. She provides excellent service and is easy to reach. Any time there has been an issue, she and her team work through it quickly. I haven’t had any issues with surcharges for LTL shipments because Therese helped train our team on how to quote LTL shipments correctly.

Prices are not what they say. Carefully look at your bill surcharges everywhere. 3.5% to use credit card when you can go directly to UPS for cheaper and no charge to pay by credit card. Do yourself a favor and create a UPS business account. OOOO don't forget to pay your bill because they will have a personal credit report pulled if you don't. No wonder why the turnover is what it is with this company. RUN from this reseller

Rep insulted me on the phone months ago and yet they still call every couple of weeks. Just called 10 minutes ago and tried to argue with me about it. We will never ever use unishippers.

THEY CONSISTENTLY SURCHARGE YOU THEY WILL QUOTE YOU FOR THIS PRICE AND PROCEED TO CHARGE YOU TRIPLE THE COST THEY WILL RING YOU UP 3 TIMES FOR THE SAME BILL

I've been with Unishippers for 12 plus years. Use to love them. They changed back in beginning of 2023. Their rates are ridiculous. You can't get a hold of a live support person for nothing. You can file a complaint all you want. Nobody's gonna reach back out to you and if they do, they're gonna tell you your crap out of luck. Customer Service is Awful I mean Awful!!! An invoice that use to consume 1 piece of paper trail now consumes 3-4 per old invoice So sometimes my invoices are 15+ pages long. (Kill a tree why don't you). I recently shipped to a new address building permit so they changed the address to a wrong address. Ok I could understand an address change but you shipped it to a completely different company. You make us provide their names you make us provide their phone numbers as well as our own but yet nobody calls to confirm and then they bill you $30 for the hassle- really! I'm done. I've cancelled and now they are still trying to charge me weekly rates beyond any freight that moved with them. I have been so happy with freight since I left them and so have my customers. Much more reasonable small package accommodations out there. It took me longer than it should have to leave only because I had been with them so long. If your thinking of joining ---RUN WD BE MY ADVICE

Horrible customer service and terrible communication! I would never ever recommend using their services! Shipped my product to wrong address and have no information telling me contact the people I brought it from, but they are the shippers! Smmfh now I’m stuck paying storage fee on my car for something that was supposed to be delivered in Conyers ga, and is being shipped somewhere in South Carolina, wowwww poor communication and lack of caring about it! Don’t use them , if I could give a negative 5 review I would!
