Their Customer Support is worse than BD* I don't have anything else to say because its the worst experience ever, if you got a problem with this bank you'll need your patience to be godly AF the only + with this bank is their online banking, but if you got a problem please don't k**l yourself in the process XD

Union Bank is one of the banks with worst and unbearable attitude in communication and customer service. The Bank wastes the callers' time in waiting and waiting and waiting and hearing its never-ending in-house promos starting with the never-ending "...your current estimated time is more than 15 mins..." until caller's call is dropped. This bank's communication services, in my opinion, is deceiving. No one actually attends to the customer on line. And the branches phone numbers are not answered. They are arrogant and treat their callers like their peasants. The phones just keep on ringing, remain unanswered until it's dropped or the caller drops it after the very long wait. I get the impression that they really want the customers to go to the bank to inform them of the concerns in person. They act like gods. The worst banking communication I've experienced ever. This bank needs a good brand manager.

Unionbank has the worst customer service. For context, I requested for the Statement of Account to settle my loan balance but after 2 months of requesting they still haven't provided the SOA. Their collecting agency informed me that the interest of my loan is accumulating daily. I think the Unionbank is purposely delaying the release of my SOA so the interest will keep on increasing daily. All of their agents are incompetent, you can read a lot of complains for their service on different socmed.

I've been using UnionBank for more than 2 years now and it's for my monthly salary for my homebased job. The process of opening the account was easy and all transactions made was on time. Not until they acquire Citibank, I noticed that every month my remittance got delayed. And just today Sept 12, 2024, I still haven't received my salary that was paid through Wire transfer by my employer since Sept. 9, 2024. They've also conducted a Digital Account Transaction Verification without any prior notice. And it resulted to my account on hold and everything was messed up! I would understand if they have an easy access to their customer service, but it's not the case! This is the worst bank ever! I will definitely close my account once I receive my salary this week! This is the worst! I will go back to my Metrobank account and have them my money! UnionBank I hope that your bank will be close soon!!!

I transferred money today 7k via instapay and I haven't receive any money from my Gcash. I also sent an email to the support team from your company but i don't receive any response. Please refund my money. That money is for my house rent. I badly need that money.

Aug.28,2024 i transfer money alansari exchange(here in uae) to unionbank . Until now aug.30,2024 its reflectimg to my account in ub. And as per alansari exchange the ub responded to them that the money is already creditted. Since last year iwas sending money to my unionbank account ,not any single digit change and then this happen.

I transferred money from UB to my Gcash account via Instapay but the money was never receive by gcash. Ticket was created but no updates, letter was also sent to UB website and no reply either. Please fix this and return my money, this is meant for buying a maintenance medication. I am PWD client.

I transferred 10k from UnionBank of the Philippines to Coins.ph, but it didn't go through, and my UnionBank account balance was deducted. As of today, August 29, 2024, I haven't received any updates. This bank is a scam.
