The staff are courteous and professional when speaking over the phone, which I truly appreciate. However, I have faced most difficulties with transactions and system updates, especially with OTP, password, and the mobile app, which could be improved for a smoother experience. In addition, I have encountered long waiting times of up to 30 minutes when calling the call center on several occasions. Issue was OTP international registered mobile number , which requested since February 2025 unresolve.
