Unihertz Official StoreReviews of unihertz.com

The phone is nice with unique features for its size, with big battery, strong light, laser and supposed to be strong and resistant with an ok camera. These 2 last points are not something you should count on if you buy this phone. The camera is terrible despite their dozens of MP. The rugged aspect is not existing as after it dropped from my pocket (about 1m), the screen brock. Thus the question: what is the point of buying a rugged phone with cool gadgets, no qualitative camera, rugged only on the marketing aspect? -> You buy expensive gadgets... I switched to Iphone which is actually the best I've ever used so far, I strongly advise you to do the same (Iphone SE or Iphone 13 mini are quite small and very good).

Amazing experience so far!!!! The support has been a tremendous help. And the products even more. Even though Unihertz provides niche products, they deliver them in a perfect way. I purchased the cross-body lanyard for my phone and it provides the strongest support that I have ever experienced. I have also purchased the Tank 4 Pro (although not on the official store yet) and it's been a life changing experience as well. The care and work that they put in their products, I hope one day that they will become as known as Huawei! I wish the best to the team and the company's future. Thank you once again!

I am facing a battery issue with this phone — the battery drains too fast, and I can’t rely on it for the whole day. Currently, I don’t use any social media, and I only make WhatsApp calls. I have already disabled all apps from running in the background. However, within three hours, the battery drains by around 40%, even though I only used WhatsApp for a 5-minute call during that time. How can I resolve this problem? I’m very confused.

I have bought a 8849 Tank 2. Its supposed to be a RUGGED phone. After a year it got water damaged from me holding the phone with wet hand. that is just ridiculous. 8849 PRODUCTS ARE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. My previous rugged phone CAT s60 lasted me 5 years. I contacted manufacturer to claim my warranty As I am a EU consumer and have 2 Years warranty. Customer service denied me my warranty. Regrettably this resulted in Legal Action for breach of my EU consumer guarantees. I highly recommend to report this manufacturer to EU consumer protection. I am making a video now for youtube and to warn others, will provide link soon.

After just two years of use, my Unihertz Titan Slim suddenly shut down and entered a boot loop. It won’t start, and all recovery attempts failed. For a device marketed as a “work phone,” this level of reliability is unacceptable. I contacted support, but they only responded with generic suggestions and offered no real help. For anyone relying on their phone for serious tasks, I cannot recommend this brand.
