Love the form factor but need to add one row on top with number keys!!! Like the Gboard. Weird that an Andriod product and no number keys on top. If in the next generation, I am buying as love the smaller form factor.

Good phone, could use a better parcel carrier but whatever, it showed up. Love the features.

Great customer service and great product. Five stars for product, but 4 stars for information needed for a unique situation (not covered on any forums, faq pages, etc.).

The Jelly 2 replacement battery took quite a while to be delivered, but ultimately arrived and works fine after the not-so-quick installation procedure. And while it is good that Unihertz provides tutorial videos on how to install the battery, they "forgot" (or cut out) the part where the actual battery connection needs to be detached and later attached again.

Shipping was reasonably fast, but updates sparse.

Surprisingly excellent shipping in Canada. Device is responsive, is a great size too. Ability to expand storage is nice too. I wish the camera was better. Should've made the Jelly Max the same size as the Star.

The home button is too big and constantly get in the way. The screen color crashes every other video. Other than that seems good phone.
