Ordered a scrub top got the scrub top. It was extremely cheap material horrible quality poorly made so I sent it back with tags and they still charged me for shipping for it even though it was never worn only had it in my possession for a couple days and I still lost money for shipping and that is bad customer service poor management. So be aware of what you buy and make sure you really want it otherwise you’re gonna eat the shipping cost cause they won’t pay for it

Dear Roxanne Myers, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that the scrub top did not meet your expectations and understand how disappointing it was to have to return it. We also apologize for the frustration caused by the return shipping charge. While return shipping fees are handled according to our return policy, there are situations where we're able to waive the return label fee as a courtesy, depending on the circumstances. We'd be happy to review your case. Please email our Customer Service team to [email protected] and mention this review so we can locate your order and refund the return shipping label as a one-time courtesy. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. We look forward to hearing from you. Best regards,

There was a misunderstanding with my order, but their customer service was exceptional. The clothing is amazing, both the design and the quality of the fabric. You won't regret your purchase!

My order was in the “processing” stage for 8 days. I finally used the live chat to speak with a representative and was informed an item I had ordered was out of stock. I’m unsure why I was never contacted about this or even able to purchase the item while it was unavailable. My order was fixed and then took 5 days to confirm shipment. Customer service is lacking in communication and handling customer issues in a timely manner. On the other hand the representative was very helpful during this situation.
Response from Uniform AdvantageJul 29, 2026
Dear Kenzi Combs, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize for the delays with your order and for the lack of communication regarding the out-of-stock item. We completely understand how frustrating it is to wait for updates, and we're sorry that we did not provide the level of service you expected. We're glad to hear that our representative was able to assist you once you reached out, but we recognize that you shouldn't have had to contact us to receive an update. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we'll be sharing it with our team as we continue working to improve our communication and response times. As a token of our apology, we'd like to offer you 10% off your next order, along with complimentary 2-Day expedited shipping. Simply mention this review when placing your next order or contact our Customer Service team after placing it, and we'll be happy to apply the discount and upgrade your shipping at no additional cost. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate your business and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience on your next order. Best Regards,
