Never received product and they refuse…
Never received product and they refuse to cancel or refund order. Tracking shows it has never left fed ex. Several other complaints are similar to my experience.

Once an order has been processed and shows as shipped, our system unfortunately does not allow us to cancel it since it shows as shipped. In these cases we must first conduct an investigation.
