I dislike UA sent me a refund check with no signature and how the system is down and you can’t speak to anyone. I come here for my scrubs but I will reconsider. Disappointing!!!

Horrible. I placed an order Aug 1 and authorized charge. 1 week later the entire order and pending payment disappeared/dropped respectively. 25 days later they somehow ran my card out of no where and the repopulated this order. They confirmed order cancellation... The order shipped the next day lol. Now I can't return it because their system is down, and I am being charged for an unauthorized purchase. No idea how they can hold my credit card authorization for 25 days after initial payment dropped and the order was deleted.

They do not refund you, if ever. They have had a site issue for many weeks and I was told a week ago that I would be issued a refund this week. Was again given another week. I cannot say how upset I am at the customer service. All I am asking is for my refund. I am urging people do not order from Uniform Advantage. It has been a nightmare trying to get a refund on a return that was sent back to them.
