I HAD A REALLY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE THAT WAS NOT THE GREATEST. MY INITIAL PAYMENT FOR SOME REASON DID NOT GO THROUGH AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL. THEN RECEIVED SOME OTHER EMAILS STATING THAT I COMPLETED A DOUBLE PAYMENT AND ONE WOULD BE SENT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT FOLLOWED BY MORE EMAILS ABOUT PAYMENTS NOT GOING THROUGH. THERE WAS A LINK SENT FOR ME TO TYPE MY INFO IN AGAIN AND AT THAT POINT IT SEEMED LIKE I WAS BEING SCAMMED. THIS WAS A PATTERN FOR CLOSE TO A MONTH. SINCE DECEMBER 19TH 2025 AND IT IS NOW JANUARY 10, 2026

To clarify, when an order is placed, we run a preauthorization to verify the payment method, and the final charge is only completed once the order physically ships. Unfortunately, the initial payment was not authorizing properly, which caused the repeated notifications and delay. Any initial authorizations were voided, and depending on your bank, it can take 7–10 business days for those funds to return to your account. The scrub sets I bought are wonderfully made and so comfortable. Shipping was quick and customer service was professional and friendly. I appreciate the wide variety of scrubs they offer in many different sizes. Pricing was what you would expect for high quality scrubs. These will last my daughter many years. They are functional and comfortable for a twelve hour shift.
